1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing MyFolio360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the laws of the Republic of India. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service

MyFolio360 is a Personal Finance Management (PFM) tool. We provide data aggregation and visualisation. We are not an investment advisor, tax planner, or broker. All financial decisions made are the user's sole responsibility.

3. No Access to Sensitive Credentials

MyFolio360 will never ask for your bank login passwords, transaction PINs, or CVV numbers. We only aggregate data via secure, read-only methods (you entering it manually, or future Account Aggregator integrations).

4. Limitation of Liability

MyFolio360 is not liable for any financial losses or errors caused by inaccuracies in third-party data (banks/SMS), or by decisions you take based on AI-generated suggestions from the Smart Planner.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.

6. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no renewal after cancellation. The one-time Lifetime-lite plan is non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. Users may terminate their own account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
